Dan Heffernan (with Dr. Joseph Moldover) presented a live webinar entitled Navigating CONFLICT in the Special Education Process on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 7-9:00 p.m. This free webinar was a discussion of the different types of conflicts that can derail the special education process, addressed key issues of conflict avoidance and resolution, and answered live, online questions. For the seventh consecutive year, Eileen M. Hagerty was co-organizer (with Catherine L. Lyons) of the MCLE’s annual School Law Conference. The conference was held on May 6, 2016 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at MCLE, 10 Winter Place, Boston, and was also available by webcast (either simultaneously or at a later date). In addition to serving as co-chair of the Conference, Ms. Hagerty spoke on the “Education Law Update 2016” panel.October 22, 2015
